Overview
This one-day workshop will provide an introduction to the theory and methods of cognitive ethnography, focusing on cognitive event analysis, a method pioneered at SDU’s Centre for Human Interactivity (Steffensen, 2013; Trasmundi, 2020).
This is a method for observing how individuals and teams solve problems in everyday settings. It has been applied in healthcare, aviation safety, and higher education (Baggs and Steffensen, 2024; Trasmundi et al., 2024; Trasmundi and Steffensen, 2016).
